27 Days of Playing

This is your personal kick in the ass, your daily dose of smiling, your creative booster! In this video course I guide you through 27 days of playing, of figuring things out, of building new movement habits. With this course I want to support you activating your own creative potential as well as strengthening your physical well-being: being able to think outside the box, finding new pathways of solving movement riddles and those of daily life – and overall having fun day by day.

It takes 20-30 minutes of your day

My intention here is to keep it simple, light and fun to make you stick to your 27-day-plan.

Handstand Essentials

The aim in each session is to give you a good understanding of some principles that are important to know when standing upside down and to set up the space for you to get to know your own body better. You can benefit from it as a complete beginner or when already having a bit of a handstand practice.

Each session takes about 20-30 minutes of your day (2-4 times a week). The first session requires a bit more time to get used to the course, the warm-ups and the first session.

My intention here is to keep the technical use of the PDF as simple as possible: All you need to do once you’ve bought the course is: Download it within 24h, open the PDF and start from top to bottom, by simply clicking on the videos in the PDF.
