We have the entire location to ourselves. It’s nestled in the mountains and – what can I say – it’s absolutely stunning.
You can fly to Tivat (Montenegro) or Dubrovnik (Croatia), take a FlixBus from Vienna, or travel by car.

    • Morning Softness
      (Breathwork, meditation, movement, and improvisation – a practice to consciously connect with your body and mind before entering the day or any activity.)

    • Vegetarian brunch

    • Free time for hiking, swimming, doing nothing, or reading

    • Excursions to the sea

    • In the afternoons, we alternate between Movement Play, Handstand practice, and Slow Yoga Flow

    • Dinner outdoors

      On the first day, we begin with a welcome session before dinner (starting around 5 PM).
      On the last day, we finish after brunch, around 1 PM.

  • Das Panchamama Retreat Resort in Montenegro liegt mitten in den Bergen und ist von unglaublich schöner Natur umgeben. Es befindet sich zwischen den Städten Kotor und Budva. Die nächstgelegenen Flughafen sind Tivat und Dubrovnik (Kroatien).

    Ich habe Besitzerin Zoe 2025 kennengelernt und mich gleich wohl gefühlt, in ihrer Unterkunft ein Retreat anzubieten.

    Gerade wird ein Pool gebaut – vielleicht können wir ihn im Mai schon nutzen :).

    • Double room – €1010 per person

    • Shared room (3–6 people) – €920 per person
      (This option is limited and also depends on the total number of participants.)

    • Single room – €1150
      (This option is limited; please contact me if you would like a single room.)

    Included in the price: brunch, dinner, fresh fruits and smoothies between meals, herbal tea and homemade syrups, as well as all practice sessions.

Who is this retreat for?

My intention is to bring together people who are practicing with me – or have practiced with me in the past – to share a beautiful, relaxing, and at the same time invigorating time in this special place.

How to book – and what to include in your message

I’d love to have you with us in Montenegro.
Once I receive your booking request by email, I’ll confirm your spot and send you further details.

I'm also setting up a Telegram group for everyone to connect more easily and possibly coordinate travel.
So if you’d like to join the group, please include your mobile number in your message.

To issue your invoice, please also include your full name and address.

A few things I’d love to know:

  • Is there anything I should be aware of – physically or emotionally – that might affect your stay?

  • What’s your diet like (vegetarian, vegan, etc.)?

  • Any food allergies or intolerances?

  • Do you use pronouns, and if so, which ones?

  • Are you feeling drawn to the retreat, but have some hesitations or doubts? Feel free to write to me – I'm happy to support you in making your decision.

Important to know

Please take care of your travel arrangements early to avoid high costs. In case of low registration, I reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In that case, please make sure you have travel insurance that covers any transport-related expenses.
